Overview

Torque Software LLC (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”) builds software and applications across all modern platforms — Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux. This policy explains what information our products and applications collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to every product and application we publish unless a specific product provides its own supplementary notice.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not build advertising or targeting profiles about you.

Information We Collect

Any basic data we collect (such as your name, email address, and cookies) is used purely to associate an account with a user — that is, to create your account, keep you signed in, and let you use the product. There is no targeted information collected and no advertising profiling.

Any information that is stored is clearly defined below. At most, we collect telemetry information (only if you opt in) which is used for debugging purposes only. Depending on the product and your telemetry choices, this may include:

• Operating system and platform (Windows, iOS, Android, or Linux) and version

• Approximate geolocation (derived from IP address)
• Date of visit
• How often you visit
• Login time

Telemetry is never required to use the core functionality of an application and is used solely to diagnose and fix problems.

How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and associate it with you.
• To authenticate you and keep you securely signed in.
• To debug, diagnose, and improve the reliability of our applications (telemetry, if opted in).

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not create marketing or behavioral profiles.

We use cookies and similar technologies to associate a session with an account and to keep you signed in. We also use third-party SDKs that may set cookies or use similar technologies as part of providing their functionality (for example, authentication, crash reporting, or analytics used for debugging). Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Telemetry data, when opted in, is retained only as long as needed for debugging. You may opt out of telemetry at any time within the applicable product, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
